  • Affirmations are positive statements that we repeat to ourselves (out loud or in our head) that bring about a change in the way we think, which ultimately helps to bring about a change in the way we feel and act.

    • Shuffle the deck and pull out a random card - treat this as your sign for the day to focus on that thing. Read the card several times and focus on the words.
