How they work
Craft Activations are delivered as facilitated drop-in experiences, typically running for 2–5 hours per day, with participants able to join at any point.
Clear structure and consistent facilitation ensure the activation runs smoothly, even during peak periods
Activities are designed for high participation without bottlenecks or overwhelm
All materials, setup, facilitation, and pack-down are managed by my team
Multiple facilitators can be scheduled depending on scale, duration, and expected attendance
This allows activations to be delivered reliably across busy shopping centres, community spaces, and public venues.
Activation sizes
Craft Activations can be booked in three core formats, depending on the scale and intent of the program:
One-off Activations
Single-day bookings designed to support a specific event, celebration, or promotion.
Multi-day Activations
Extended bookings delivered across multiple consecutive days — commonly a full school holiday week — ideal for shopping centres and high-traffic venues wanting a consistent creative presence.
Ongoing Programs
Recurring weekly or term-based activations, delivered over several weeks. These are designed to build familiarity, repeat engagement, and a strong sense of community over time.

Within each activation size, clients can choose from three delivery levels:
Standard
A thoughtfully designed craft activity using simple materials and clear guidance, ideal for smooth delivery and high participation. Best suited to busy events where ease, flow, and an enjoyable creative experience are the priority.Premium
A unique, highly considered craft experience using more specialised or higher-value materials, or activities that require additional preparation and design. Suited to larger or flagship events where the craft is a feature and participants create something memorable and keep-worthy.Custom
Tailored activities designed to suit specific themes, audiences, or event contexts.
