Art Programs
Small-group, artist-led programs designed for deeper creative engagement
Art Programs offer a more intentional experience than a one-off activation. They are guided, structured workshops designed to build creative confidence, support wellbeing, and help participants enjoy the process of making — without overwhelm.
Programs are calm, well-paced, and carefully designed for people who may not see themselves as “creative,” but who value learning, reflection, and achievable outcomes. All art programs are delivered by Erika.
Art Programs are artist-led learning experiences, not drop-in craft sessions.
They focus on:
Clear guidance and achievable steps
Thoughtfully chosen materials
Process over perfection
Helping participants feel capable, supported, and proud of their work
Sessions are delivered in small groups to allow for guidance, connection, and a well-held experience — for both participants and hosts.
What to expect
These programs are best suited to:
Venues seeking deeper engagement, not just foot traffic
Groups who value learning, confidence, and creative process
Hosts looking for clear structure and reliable delivery
They are not designed for high-volume, fast-turnover environments or drop-in entertainment.
Who these programs suit
▶ 1-minute overview: How to book
My approach
I design workshops the way I teach: calm, clear, and achievable.
As both an artist and an experienced facilitator, I’m skilled at:
Taking complex ideas and breaking them into simple steps
Designing activities where participants can succeed
Using templates and visual guidance to remove guesswork
Supporting people who don’t consider themselves creative
The focus is always on enjoyment, exploration, and confidence — not perfection.
Available programs
Creative Confidence
6 × 90-minute sessions
A foundational program for complete beginners, focused on playful exploration, curiosity, and building creative confidence.
Participants are gently introduced to a range of mediums — including watercolour, acrylic, paper craft, pastels, and drawing — through clear, achievable activities that remove pressure and expectation.
The emphasis is on giving it a go rather than getting it right. Thoughtful guidance and simple structures help participants feel supported, capable, and increasingly confident with the creative process.
The Art of Noticing (Art + Mindfulness)
3 × 90-minute sessions
A gentle, structured program using drawing and painting to slow down, focus attention, and reconnect with the present moment.
Delivered over three guided sessions, participants explore a series of calm, mindful creative practices that build awareness and confidence over time. Each session introduces a different way of noticing, supporting presence, curiosity, and creative ease.
Techniques may include mindful drawing, nature-inspired watercolour, and simple pattern-based practices such as zentangle and dot mandalas.
How to Draw on Windows
1 × 120-minute session
A focused, expert-led workshop introducing the fundamentals of drawing on glass.
Participants are guided through professional tools and techniques, including surface preparation, working confidently with paint pens, and designing artwork that reads clearly at scale. Clear instruction is given on what works, what to avoid, and how to achieve a polished result.
The session emphasises practical skill-building and confidence, leaving participants with the knowledge and assurance to create and maintain their own window artwork.
Watercolour Affirmation Cards
2 × 90-minute sessions
A gentle, guided workshop series focused on mindful making and personal expression through watercolour.
Participants are introduced to accessible watercolour techniques, colour exploration, and simple design approaches for creating a cohesive set of hand-painted affirmation cards. The sessions are calm and supportive, with clear guidance and no pressure to perform.
Participants leave with a finished set of cards and the confidence to continue using watercolour as a reflective creative practice.
Custom Program
Minimum 3 × 90-minute sessions
A bespoke workshop series developed collaboratively to meet your specific goals, audience, or context.
I work closely with you to shape the content, pacing, and delivery, creating a considered, one-of-a-kind program that feels purposeful, engaging, and easy to run.
Ideal for organisations seeking something beyond a standard workshop format.
