Please read my terms of service below before making a booking.
Window Drawing Activations
Welcome to Erika & Her Kraft! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the agreement between Erika & Her Kraft (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (“you” or “your”) for window drawing activations and related services. By booking a window drawing activation, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking and Payments
1.1 Booking Confirmation & Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Payment of the deposit confirms:
The delivery dates
Allocation of artist and production capacity
The minimum project value outlined in your approved quote
Once the deposit is paid, the booking is considered confirmed.
1.2 Minimum Project Value
All window drawing activations are booked based on a minimum project value, as outlined in the approved quote.
The minimum project value is locked at the time of booking
Reductions in trader participation or window numbers do not reduce the total project cost
If participation changes, the activation will be adjusted in coverage or application rather than price
Responsibility for trader opt-in and coordination sits with the client.
1.3 Cut-Off Date & Scope Confirmation
You will be provided with a cut-off date, typically 4–6 weeks prior to delivery, by which final shop lists, window access, and coverage details must be confirmed.
Changes after this date are subject to availability
Additional windows confirmed after the cut-off date may attract a 10% late booking fee
After the cut-off date, the project value cannot be reduced.
1.4 Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due within 7 days after the delivery date of the window drawings.
This final payment includes the window cleaning associated with the activation
Cleaning is billed as part of the overall project and is not invoiced separately
Failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in additional fees or refusal of future bookings.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellations
2.1 All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing (e.g. via email).
2.2 All booking deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or changes in trader participation.
2.3 For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled delivery date:
The full project cost remains payable
Payment must be made within 7 days of the originally scheduled delivery date
2. 4 Rescheduling after the cut-off date may not be possible and is subject to availability. Where rescheduling is approved, additional costs may apply.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Access & Preparation
The client must ensure:
All windows are accessible at the agreed times
Surfaces are clean, free of debris, and ready for drawing
Additional charges may apply if surface preparation is required.
3.2 Permissions
It is the client’s responsibility to secure:
Trader approvals
Property access
Any required permissions for public-facing window artwork
4. Liability & Care
4.1 Property & Surfaces
While care is taken at all times, Erika & Her Kraft is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Fragile coatings or treatments (e.g. tinting)

6. Media and Promotion
Erika & Her Kraft reserves the right to photograph or record completed window drawings for portfolio, website, and promotional use unless otherwise requested in writing prior to delivery.
7. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
